My first attempt at trying to get a story, that I have wanted to tell for some time, down on the page. Not only trying to reveal the basic premise of the story, I had to try and make it understandable ….in eight pages.  I, of course, failed miserably, not because the story I have in my head isn’t a good one,  but because I tried to tell as much story as I could. First mistake.

I had epic plans for characters, and plot lines, but I tried too much too fast. I made the mistake of not giving this to enough people to read,  people  who wouldn’t be nice and tell me I did a great job. I think most of them were happy enough with the art, they looked past how convoluted the eight pages were! Second mistake.

I realize not everyone can see where this is going…..well I bet no one could!lol I was just so excited to submit it to ZUDA, I didn’t stop to think that no one else would get it! Third mistake

Well, would’ve, should’ve, could’ve. I won’t make the same mistakes again, and look at it as a learning experiance. ZUDA editors know their stuff, and I know that I will do much better next time! I am looking forward to helpful critiques!
